You can setup a phone capable of text messaging, an alternate email address, or the Microsoft Authenticator app for account verification to reset your password if you have forgotten it, or if your account is locked out.

2. Hover over, or tap on, the Password Manager link in the top bar.

3. Click or tap the Setup Password Reset link.

4. If you were not already logged into the portal, you will be asked to log into Office 365.

5. Once logged in you will be taken to the Security Info page.
