Clearing the Print Queue

When a document won't print, it may be necessary to clear the print queue and restart the job

1. Click on the Start button and select Settings

2. Double-click the icon of your Devices to open 

 

3. Click on the printer and select Open queue

4. Click on the document(s) you wish to delete from the print queue, then Click on the Document menu and select Cancel

Once the queue is cleared, try printing the document again.  If you are printing to a network printer, there may be documents there that are pending from other users.  These jobs are listed in a first-come, first-serve order and may be the reason that your document will not print or is taking a long time to print.  

Please submit a service request if you continue to have difficulty printing a document.
