NSU Connect sections of the Portal won't load from off-campus

If you connect to the University from off-campus you may run into a situation when using the myNSU Portal that certain parts of the portal appear blank, especially registration and advising links. This issue also occurs if you try to access NSU Connect directly and get an error that the page cannot be loaded.

The web services for NSU Connect currently use a custom port for access, and certain internet providers are blocking that port. So far all reports of this issue have come from users on Comcast connections. The only solutions at this time are to either call the Registrars office for them to help you in person, or to connect to an alternate internet connection.
