Clearing your browser cache and cookies can resolve issues you encounter, such as; profiles automatically signing in or other sign in issues, web pages not loading correctly (especially if they usually work fine), and your web browser being slow or sluggish. The following are instructions on how to clear your cache and cookies in Google Chrome.

At the top right of your browser window, below the "X" button, click the icon with three vertical dots, then click "Settings":

Click on "Clear browsing data" towards the bottom middle of the page.

On the "Clear browsing data" window, ensure "All time" is set as the time range. Also, make sure the bottom two boxes are checked. Finally, click "Clear data" at the bottom right. Now the cookies and cache will be cleared.
