Clearing your browser cache and cookies can resolve issues you encounter, such as; profiles automatically signing in or other sign in issues, web pages not loading correctly (especially if they usually work fine), and your web browser being slow or sluggish. The following are instructions on how to clear your cache and cookies in Firefox.

Click the three lines icon below the "X" at the top right of your browser window, then click "Options".

Click "Privacy and Security" on the next page.

Click "Clear data..." in the "Cookies and site data" section.

In the "Clear data" window, ensure both boxes are checked and click "Clear".
